Responsibilities: Manage administration process for underwriting cases, review underwriting letters for accuracy and completeness Screening applications, conduct profile checking, consolidate information for underwriting cases to underwriters for risk assessment, communicate underwriting decision with other departments as needed Collaborate with business team, respond to hotline and email enquiries from internal and external customers Reconcile underwriting cases related transactions, and work with clinics/network team to resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate policy/underwriting records and ensure data integrity Assist with facilitating business continuity, including train and mentor junior staff Other tasks or duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy administration in the insurance industry In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations, industry practices and underwriting/new business administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Licensed insurance practitioner is preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
