Tech Risk Manager

Responsibilities Build strong relationship with other teams in technology, business and various corporate functions including second line Risk team to drive improvement on technology risk, governance processes and remediation programs Regulating group and business entity levels technology risks policies and standards Identify and manage cybersecurity, privacy, third-party, and reputational risks Advice on regulations, technology related policies and best practices Manage/supervise other tech risk team members Qualifications/Skills: Experience in technology risk management or other relevant roles in financial institutions Experience in risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and industry technology risk management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001 Knowledge of regulatory landscape and technology related regulations in HK/SG/JP and other Asia markets CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC would be a plus Cryptocurrency and blockchain background is a plus Good communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese Required Skills Remediation Financial Institutions Chinese ITIL Mandarin Internal Controls Risk Assessment Risk Management Regulations Business English Communication Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
