Responsibilities Responsible for pre‑training, in‑training and post‑training preparations, support and duties (such as taping, recovery strategies, injury management and rehab exercise). Design, supervise and execute rehabilitation programmes for injured players and injury prevention programmes for players. Provide on‑field game support for the Men’s and Women’s 1st Teams as well as U14, U16, U18 and U22 Teams. Liaise with management staff, coaches, S&C coaches, Club Physiotherapist, the CUHK Sports Medicine Team and any other external parties for all medical arrangements, and arrange medical referrals when needed. Assist in coordinating, planning and monitoring the day‑to‑day management of facilities, equipment and inventory of supplies at the CUHK Medical Clinic @ Kitchee and the Club Gymnasium. Perform any ad‑hoc duties commensurate with your position as assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications University degree or above. Preferably one or more years of experience in the related industry. A responsible, detail‑minded, result‑oriented and self‑motivated attitude, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays for matches or training. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Good organising and problem‑solving skills, with a positive, energetic and open‑minded personality. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
