The Wealth (Citi Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates key pipeline for our full time program. The 10-week Summer program starts with intensive training to provide essential skills and orientation to Citi's culture. After training, participants join one of Citi's key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an immersive experience. You will also participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities. Overview The Wealth (Citi Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program gives future business leaders a holistic view of Citi's business through mentorship, training, and development opportunities. Summer Analysts finish the program with a broad understanding of the Wealth business and Citi's operational aspects. Responsibilities / Potential Teams Assignment to a specific team based on current business requirements, with potential teams including: Banker; Investment Solutions / Product; Investment Counselling; Strategy & Development; Lending; Family Office; Chief Investment Office. What we need from you You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 - June 2027). You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service. Extensive work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital. As industries around the globe continue to restructure and grow, we are hiring individuals who have a global perspective on the future of banking and want to make an impact at the corporate level. Additional qualifications Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire/curiosity to learn, and ability to collaborate in team environments. Genuine interest in Wealth trends with initiative to learn and apply knowledge to work. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Analytical and quantitative skills. Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry. Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred, but not required).
