Lounge Hakuba, a popular bar and restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong, is looking for an experienced and passionate Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our team as we embark on an exciting new chapter. Having proudly served our community for 5 years, we are undergoing a revamp to refresh our space, offerings, and standards. Our mission is to deliver quality cocktails, drinks, food, and dining experiences that are both exceptional and accessible, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your Role: As the Bar & Restaurant Manager of Lounge Hakuba, you will oversee the entire operation of the shop, ensuring excellence in all areas of our business. From maintaining high food and beverage quality to delivering outstanding service, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for our customers and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Your leadership will be key in shaping Lounge Hakuba’s refreshed identity and ensuring it continues to be a favorite destination for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the bar, kitchen, and dining areas. Quality Standards: Maintain and continuously improve the quality of our food, cocktails, drinks, and overall customer experience, emphasizing both quality and value. Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff at all levels to foster teamwork, morale, and a shared commitment to providing excellent service. Customer Experience: Deliver a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests through attentive service, quality offerings, and a customer-first mindset. Strategic Vision: Collaborate with ownership to implement Lounge Hakuba’s refreshed concept and standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing bars, restaurants, or similar hospitality venues. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Passion for quality food, cocktails, drinks, and creating great guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both staff and customers.
