Country Head of Operations - Africa, Shipping Agency Lead strategic operations in a high‑growth African market. Full P&L ownership with regional leadership autonomy. Responsibilities Lead and manage all country operations, including shipping, logistics, and support functions. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue. Oversee full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure operational efficiency and service quality across all functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure business adaptability. Represent the company in industry forums and local engagements. Requirements Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in shipping, logistics, or related industries. Proven track record in managing large‑scale operations and P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of African market dynamics and regulatory environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational capabilities. Willingness to be stationed in Africa and travel as required.
