Investment Banking Execution – Analyst / Associate / AVP Assist in end-to-end project management, coordinating with internal working teams, external advisors, and regulatory bodies for IPOs and other corporate finance transactions; Support deal execution, including due diligence, document review and preparation, and resolution of transaction-related issues; Conduct industry and company research, perform financial analysis and valuation, and develop financial models; Contribute to deal origination efforts by preparing marketing materials, pitch books, and client proposals; Provide analytical support to senior bankers and assist with business development and internal management initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline; 1–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, Big Four, or other financial institutions; Solid understanding of IPO, M&A, and capital markets transaction processes, with hands‑on deal execution or support experience preferred; Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred); Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
