Responsible in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including any designated facilities and administrative duties in accordance with the agreement and requirement with client. Accountable for the successful implementation of Safety, Health and Environmental measures within the site Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, responsive service delivery, and consistent follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilities Operation Responsible for the implementation and maintain a program which Identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and environmental. Take preliminary actions/steps to identify, evaluate and recommend control measures for a variety of environmental, health and safety concerns Perform site inspection regularly and prepare report Establish and maintain the escalation and incident reporting. Assist on arranging annual fire evacuation exercise with Building Management Office. Work on own initiative to manage daily administrative tasks on H&S Support Facilities Coordinator duties. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior when required Administration Operation Assist in preparation of all kind of administration report Support on KP Planning (FM site budgeting) Assist and coordinate for MAC (Move, Add and Changes) Projects Raise purchasing requests mainly for marketing and logistics charges. Support Managing Director of Beauty Care unit e.g. T&E claims, travel booking Meeting Room, Event, and Hospitality Management Plan and execute internal annual events with support from HCB committee members, and Admin team. Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms, enclosed room, and office spaces for cleanliness and readiness. Manage the meeting room booking system, including reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations. Set up and reset meeting, training, or conference rooms per booking requirements, including AV/VC and catering needs. Prepare and serve catering for meetings and events, and coordinate with vendors for large functions or special requests. Supervise event setup, coordination, and breakdown, including risk assessments and technology assistance. Monitor and replenish pantry areas, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor costs and confirm invoices before payment; onboard vendors as required.
