Marketing Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and provide professional marketing support to promote the bank’s suite of products and services. We are currently seeking a high‑calibre professional to join our department as Manager, Consumer Assets Marketing. Responsibilities Formulate and implement marketing plans in support of the business and marketing goals, capturing business opportunities and supporting growth on Personal Loan and/or Credit Card products. Develop, execute and optimise a digital acquisition strategy across paid media channels to drive acquisition and meet Personal Loan and/or Credit Card targets. Deliver effective and measurable multi‑channel marketing campaigns for Personal Loan and/or Credit Card acquisition and portfolio growth. Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost‑effective manner and smooth launch of marketing programmes. Monitor program progress/effectiveness and conduct post‑programme evaluation for future improvement. Qualifications University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of eight years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to Personal Loan and/or Credit Card business or advertising/ media agencies preferred. All‑round marketing skills with good understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media scene, together with proven experience in running end‑to‑end marketing programmes; hands‑on digital acquisition experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills. Strong self‑motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
