Solution Lead – Finance (SAP FICO) (24-month contract) Join Cathay as a Solution Lead in our Finance Solution Centre. Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Finance Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our wide-reaching financial teams around the world. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-Project consulting support for a portfolio pipeline of initiatives and business process changes Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for Finance Capture and communicate business direction, challenges, and requirements, suggest commercially and technically viable ideas to improve business performance Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modeling Perform analysis on and translate user needs into business and technical requirements Conduct thorough testing of SAP Finance solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation. Continuously monitor the SAP Finance platform and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise Manage vendors and other stakeholders, QA their deliverables and resolve any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects by anticipating dependencies and impediments Requirements Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines A minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance experience, including but not limited to SAP S4/Hana - FICO, Banking and Project System, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Well‑developed analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques Personal & Application Information Cathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
