We are seeking a results-driven and customer-centric Sales Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for driving the sales of our high-quality medical equipment (Chinese medical device) to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, Chinese and medical centers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue goals. Identify and prospect new clients (hospitals, clinics, procurement departments, and key decision-makers) within the assigned territory. Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to showcase product features, benefits, and clinical value. Collaborate with internal teams (product management, customer service, technical support) to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, CE) related to medical equipment. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track performance and inform strategic decisions. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to promote products and expand professional networks. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists to achieve team sales targets and revenue objectives. Develop regional sales plans aligned with company goals, including territory allocation, sales forecasting, and budget management. Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities. Monitor team and individual performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to address gaps. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts (e.g., large hospital networks, government healthcare agencies) to drive business growth. Collaborate with marketing, product, and senior management teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launch plans. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
