Job Duties As part of the Asian/Global equity research team with country responsibilities for the Asian investment product Formulate investment ideas and house view through analyzing, interpreting and forecasting financial information on companies, sectors and countries Conduct third party research, direct management contact, visits and conference calls Generate timely & quality written commentaries and investment recommendation on companies as well as thematic notes on countries under coverage Work in close partnership with bankers, investment specialist and occasionally attending clients pitch Requirements CFA and well qualified graduate in Economics or related disciplined is highly desirable Steady track record with 10+/- years relevant Equity Research and Investment Commentaries experience is essential Familiar with the Greater China & Asian Equities Markets Excellent written and presentation skill in English and Mandarin Strong interpersonal skills to effectively articulate investment ideas Account Documentation & Static Data Management Worklife Balance & Friendly int’l Team Additional Job Duties Responsible for account documentation check and clients’ data maintenance Ensure completeness of document in accordance to regulatory requirements Provide back office private banking operations support that called for liaison with front office and KYC teams Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers in relation to clients account information Global Banking with Comprehensive Bank Benefits Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security Further Responsibilities Reporting to Regional Head of Dealing & partner with a professional team of cross asset classes of investment advisors Accountable for timely trade execution of equities and structured products by collaborating with experienced private bankers for external UHNW families & clients for AP/Greater China region Facilitate regional and global new business/products and regulatory related initiatives Global Private Bank with 850 Employees+ in APAC Regional Business Mgmt to APAC Governance Governance & Analysis Report to the Regional Head of Governance Accountable for timely preparation of management reports and analysis Responsible for coordinating regional governance & risk management committee meetings and agenda Profound Institutional Clients and Family Office Exposure Mandate Specialist Contribute to the growth, penetration and marketing of mandates & discretionary portfolios Assume the mandate specialist to attend clients’ pitch and advise them on strategic investment & asset allocation by working closely with fund managers and private bankers As part of the Regional CIO committee to shape investment strategies & portfolio position across APAC Most Sustainable International Private Bank Expansion Transaction Monitoring/STR Headcounts Regional FCC/AML Compliance Dept Regional FCC Function Duties Report to Head of FCC and partner with a small professional team of 3 Transaction Monitoring, STR & Continuous Enhancement of AML Procedures and System/Tools Review Investigation of trigger events/alerts to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance #J-18808-Ljbffr
