Regional Finance SVP, Global Private Equity Our Client The most prominent Global top 10 PE & credit markets capital group with over USD 220 Bill AUMS and established operations across Europe, US and Asia is in search Regional Finance SVP in HK regional office. Job Duties Expansion headcount and assume the key regional corporate finance function Report to Regional CFO and work in close partnership with senior finance professionals Support FP&A functions in Asia from budgeting, cost control to maintenance of financial models to facilitate business and corporate planning Responsible for driving strategic finance projects to cater for APAC corporate development & business initiatives Accountable for conducting financial analysis, business planning, due diligence to leading the smooth implementation across the region Assume the role as senior finance lead to communicate and address any financial control and FP&A aspects with senior management by collaborating with local & regional accounting teams Accountable for preparing Head Office and Regulatory Reporting Active participation of finance system and streamlining projects that called for extensive liaison with HQ Regional Business Performance Analytics & Planning Expansion North Asia Headcount Provide insightful and value-added business performance/financial analytics to North Asia Branch CEO and senior management across the region/headquarters As part of the global finance function to support business planning/development, annual budget and liquidity planning thru providing advisory to bankers/line managers/business heads across the business/product teams, case reviews for growth strategy Identify cost control measures and expenses review Responsible for the GP Finance, Corporate & Financial Accounting, Audit and Taxation aspects Responsible for coordinating with internal/external counterparts for financial reporting to ensure compliance with local GAAPs Oversight internal/external audit to fulfil local statutory/group reporting requirements GP Accounting, Financial Transactions & Reporting Report to CFO and work in collaboration with a professional teams including investment managers & investor relations Ensure timely information about fund activities, performance and risks, enabling GPs to make informed investment decisions Accountable for regional financial reporting, cash management, budgeting to regulatory reportings/returns Requirements Well qualified graduate in accounting, finance or equivalent 15 years+ relevant regional corporate accounting and business finance experience including 3 years+ buy side experience is highly desirable Proactive team player with strong business acumen and confident presentation skill to work with internal/external stakeholders including front office and senior management across Asia and Headquarters Understanding of Private Equity industry is a definite advantage Strong project management experience is critical Adaptive to multi-cultural and dynamic int’l working environment Benefits Global Industry Leader in Private Wealth Mgmt Friendly Int’l Environment & Worklife Balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
