Roles And Responsibilities Agency Performance Management and Insights Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in both sales activity management and portfolio growth. Agency competitor analysis and market benchmarking to identify risk and opportunity Deep collaboration with LBUs to enforce robust performance management cadence and discipline that are data driven; track and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and performance outcome by working closely with both LBUs and Group functions. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance based on data-driven insights. Support the deployment of the Gen AI performance tools across the LBUs and consolidation in the Group Office for better forecasting and delivery of results Strategy And Business Planning Support the annual planning process within the Group Office Deep collaboration with LBUs to enable a dynamic methodology of strategic planning, and develop detailed annual/3-year plans for Agency Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in business planning to enhance strategic decision-making. Support the preparation of Agency management reporting and business presentation materials and relevant governance activities Manage and monitor Group agency budgets & project related expenses Support Agency Distribution team in ad hoc tasks and reports Qualification And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong strategic and business acumen, relevant experience in business management, distribution/sales management, strategic transformation or related field. Able to merge information together to substantiate insights with informative and meaningful analysis to facilitate performance dialogue and management decision Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment Experience with strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholder management and project management. Experience in financial modelling and efficiency in use of MIS tools such as Power BI to drive continuous enhancement of business performance management Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels Ability to be collaborative and navigate ambiguity Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
