Steve Leung Designers Ltd is an internationally renowned interior design company with award‑winning projects in Hong Kong, China and overseas. Our company is based in Hong Hong City, with additional offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and Shenzhen. Responsibilities Source new materials and technologies from multiple channels, screen them, and provide them for design team project use. Liaise with material and product suppliers, arrange material warehousing and offline displays. Manage, maintain, and update the supplier directory. Regularly share material information with design teams across regions (e.g., material applications, trade‑fair updates). Organise supplier sharing sessions in different regions. Regularly compile and analyse material usage data. Manage, maintain, and update the online material platform. Manage, maintain, and update the physical material warehouse and sample display area. Maintain and update sample supply relationships with material suppliers to meet design team needs. Regularly attend material exhibitions and factory visits to collect market material information. Requirements Diploma/Degree holder. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with material/product library management; knowledge of the interior‑design and architecture industry is a plus. Knowledge of trade resources and vendors. Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Independent, proactive, self‑motivated. Able to work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in written Chinese and English, with fluency in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
