Associate Director/VP, Corporate Finance – Investment Bank/Securities Brokerage Our client is PRC Securities Brokerage. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team. Associate Director/VP Corporate Finance ( IPO ) - Investment Banking/Securities Brokerage Responsibilities Execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre‑IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises. Perform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparation. Prepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation independently and report to supervisors from time to time. Liaise with clients, external professional parties and communicate with regulators as required. Engage in financial modelling exercise and prepare valuation presentation. Actively involved in client pitches, market research and idea generation for the team. Perform other job duties as assigned. Requirements University degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline. Minimum 8‑10 years’ corporate finance‑related experience in Investment Banking/Securities. Proven track record in executing ECM/M&A/Debt transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirements. Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Stable and proactive team player. Excellent spoken Mandarin and English are a must; fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
