Segment Management and Analysis, Private Banking To build the customer journey and strategies for acquisition, cross‑selling, service upgrades, as well as customer engagement and retention. Coordinate and maintain the agile collaboration and cooperation with research, product, insurance broker and other divisions. To monitor and analyse the business and sales performance by channel and campaign, customer movement across key segments. Lead and drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting Private Wealth and Private Banking segments. Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer feedback to optimise marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies. Gather and summarise the various banking‑related information including the market status, industry and peer information, and assist in conducting in‑depth market study and report to management. Coordinate with internal and external parties on industrial award pitching. Oversee content strategy, community management, and influencer collaborations across key social platforms (eg., Instagram, WeChat, Xianzhoushu) to drive engagement and brand relevance. Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analysis, or Computer Science is preferred. More than 3 years relevant experience in Private Wealth/Private Banking industry and preferably with frontline business experience, or more than 5 years of non‑banking working experience in financial analysis, strategy and business planning, etc. Strong financial and business analytical skills. Proven success in brand marketing, digital acquisition campaigns, and event management. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Be a good team player and self‑motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic for new challenges under pressure. Proficient in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken (Putonghua is preferred).
