Our client is a well‑known and sizable Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: Temporary Assistant Officer (Banking Policy) Responsibilities: Work as a member in project team for project implementation Liaise with banking subject experts for documents and data collection Stocktake regulatory documents Identify and report issue on documents or data Assist managers to conduct document review Analyse regulatory documents, to prepare their metadata Assist managers to verify the completeness and accuracy of metadata Convert and verify/reconcile the layout and format of the documents Assist in the development of document management systems and related web portals Assist in user acceptance tests (UAT), system testing and production launch Support the preparation of project progress report and test report Assist in the operation of document management systems Requirements: University degree, preferably in banking, accounting or information systems 2 years of relevant working experience gained in financial regulators or financial institutions preferably in respect of document management systems or website content management with focus on regulatory documents Knowledge of regulatory compliance, understanding of document management process or system, and/or hands‑on experience in UAT preparation and execution is an advantage Good coordination and organisational skills Self‑motivated and attentive to details Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Well‑versed in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Chinese word processing Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Interested candidates, please send your resume (MS Word document) including employment history, present and expected salary to (All personal data submitted will be treated in strict confidential and used for recruitment purposes only.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
