Senior Officer/Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis （Management Accounting） Fusion Bank Limited (“Fusion Bank”) is a licensed digital bank in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Tencent Holdings Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hillhouse Capital and renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity – Perfect Ridge Limited), each bringing unique expertise, experience and insight to the partnership. Responsibilities Assist in the processes of financial budgeting and projection, and facilitate the setting of annual targets in line with business plans; Track the financial status and performance to identify areas for improvement; Assist in the development of the management accounting system, and prepare monthly management accounting reports with analysis; Assist in developing bank-wide and departmental performance appraisal methods, and regularly track the implementation of bank-wide and departmental KPIs; Involve in the procurement process of the Bank; Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance, priority for CPA or equivalent qualification； 3-5 years of experience in bank management accounting or budgeting； Strong analytical skills, communication skills, self‑motivated and responsible； Able to work under pressure with tight timeline； Excellent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English； Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
