Job Title (Senior) Leasing Manager – Mixed-Use Portfolio Location Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited, Wan Chai District, HK Overview The Team/ The Business: Our client is a large global financial institution with a significant property portfolio across Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to join a large CBRE account team delivering real estate services to our client. The Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the client’s portfolio, covering transaction management, estate management, data management, and financial management. Responsibilities Transaction Management: Lease negotiations with various landlords/tenants. Prepare business cases for client approvals. Review tenancy/ licence agreements and seek legal advice if needed. Close out deals in a timely manner. Monitor all lease critical dates to ensure contractual obligations are met. Minimize the vacancy rate of the portfolio. Negotiate with landlords/ incorporated owners/ building managers when estate management issues arise. Coordinate with facility management teams to resolve EM matters. Handle potential claims. Support the client in annual auditing. Work with the EM lead to develop initiatives at a country level. Manage premises handover/takeover and collaborate with the project team. Attend reinstatement meetings and conclude the reinstatement scope for the client. Ensure consistent application of the EM playbook. Assist the client and collaborate with other CBRE internal teams for portfolio revaluation. Data Management: Work with the data management team to keep data systems updated in a timely manner. Maintain good filing as per the client’s standards. Ensure payments are made per agreement obligations. Support rates / government rent payments are as per the latest rateable value. Follow up on deposit refunds and rental relief (if any) from landlords. Support the annual budget forecast. Qualifications Demonstrate excellent understanding of customer needs. Proactively manage customer relationships. Commercial acumen. Excellent presentation skills. Multitasking and sensitivity to cross‑cultural exposures. Organising and prioritising a large and varied workload. Strong communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills; diplomatic but assertive. Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues. Fluency in English and Cantonese. Preferred Skills Financial analysis skills. Attention to figures. Driving customer service levels. Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degree in real estate, property management, facilities management, hotel management or related discipline. 5 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
