Job Description Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager Stay informed on the latest admissions information, program updates, and institutional changes Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups to ensure a high level of service and accountability Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support to the Manager Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline together with 5 years of working experience Knowledge of the UK, US, HK, Australia and Canada education system Strong research and analytical skills to stay informed on market developments and provide data‑driven recommendations Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and under pressure Proficient in MS Excel, and sound PC knowledge, including Chinese processing input Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Immediate availability an advantage If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV, stating current and expected salary, and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
