Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor (Up to 22K/New Territories/5-Day Work Week) World Marketing Group (WMG) specializes in crossborder parcel and mail logistics in the Asian region. As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels. The company has offices in various locations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and more, along with partnership operations in several other cities. Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and optimising storage space Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback Implementing and enforcing health, safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment Identifying and resolving operational issues, optimising processes and driving continuous improvement Generating and analysing performance reports to inform decision-making and enhance efficiency Liaising with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless operations What we're looking for At least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role within the logistics industry Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control practices and distribution processes Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus) to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
