Job Responsibilities Assist in instructing and supervising the concierge team to ensure smooth concierge operation. Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area and ensure the front entrance is well presented to guests. Handle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflow. Oversee the concierge team in handling guests’ enquiries, baggage, parcels, and transportation. Handle enquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism. Perform shift duties as required. Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior or hotel management. Knowledge & Expertise Form 6 or above with certification in hospitality management advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of hotel bell services experience. Customer‑services‑oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Ambassador. Benefits 5‑day work week. Discretionary bonus.
