Psychology Specialist (Corporate Consultancy & Team Building) TreeholeHK is a social enterprise building resilience for the times in Hong Kong. We seek a Psychology Specialist to help create workplaces where people can thrive and grow by leveraging psychological principles to improve team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Job Duties Design and deliver interactive training courses and events focused on enhancing business outcomes, covering topics such as leadership development, team effectiveness, emotional intelligence, change management and career planning, to both corporate and public clients. Apply psychology principles to design and lead effective team‑building projects and initiatives, aimed at improving team cohesion and performance. Serve as a psychology‑based management consultant, providing insights and guidance on talent management strategies, such as designing effective selection procedures, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Foster and maintain a network of psychology practitioners and business professionals, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration. Your Qualities Knowledge Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, HRM, counselling, or other related disciplines. Advanced degree in a field that contributes to business understanding or organisational psychology (e.g., IO Psy, MBA, HRM) is highly desirable. Excellent general understanding of psychology, with in‑depth knowledge in business psychology and organisational behaviour. Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics, industry trends, and market forces. Skills & Ability Minimum 2 years of working experience in the learning & development or management consultancy field. Experience in designing and leading engaging, psychology‑based team‑building activities. Strong ability to analyse complex business problems, identify psychological aspects contributing to them, and design interventions to address these issues. Ability to design engaging courses with clear learning objectives that foster long‑term personal insight and growth. Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage and inspire participants in training sessions. Attitudes Open‑minded and adaptable, open to feedback from students, clients, and colleagues to continuously improve the quality of courses and consulting solutions.
