Work with consultants to implement and configure various SuccessFactors modules to meet HAESL’s specific needs. Support the migration of time management and payroll functions to ECP Proactively communicating project status and escalating issues as needed. Coordinating the line managers to utilize the internal resources for project tasks. Work with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, blueprint workshops, UAT and system training. Manage business changes during project’s rollout Support continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solution after go‑live Requirements Degree in Business Studies, Information Systems or related disciplines 5 years of project experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Experience in S/4HANA. Experience in different phases of HRMS project like training, UAT, Data Migration, and go live Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders Self‑motivated and ability to work under pressure.
