Responsibilities Lead product development initiatives, including defining product roadmaps, driving product growth, and ensuring alignment with market needs and client expectations. Oversee the execution of product strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client and market demands. Foster and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted consultant/advisor within the Group. Gain a deep understanding of client's business goals and challenges, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive their success in the digital landscape. Embrace a creative and innovative mindset, acting as a strategic storyteller to promote clients' brands through a combination of technology and branding. Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging web3, VR, AR, and immersive technology to enhance their branding, marketing, and communication strategies. Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand client accounts. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, effectively communicating client requirements, feedback, and expectations. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web3, VR, AR, and immersive technology, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the Group's digital capabilities, actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, offering support and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client‑facing role within the digital marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or advertising industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered). Advanced degrees or certifications related to digital marketing or emerging technologies are a plus. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a plus. Strong expertise and understanding of product development, product roadmaps, and monetization strategies. Proven track record in effectively managing regional and global accounts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and provide data‑driven recommendations to clients. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to deliver high‑quality digital solutions. Proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and offering strategic recommendations. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, demonstrating excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
