Flagship Store Manager / Director - Luxury Jewellery Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the store operations of their brand new prestigious flagship store. The ideal candidate will embody the essence of luxury retail, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial success, and upholding the brand's high standards. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for jewellery. Description Lead and inspire the store team to consistently exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of strategic initiatives. Analyze business performance, market trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to enhance store results. Foster a culture of excellence by promoting company values, recognizing achievements, and cultivating a motivated, high-performing team. Provide hands‑on coaching and development on the shop floor, offering constructive feedback to elevate team performance and client engagement. Ensure the delivery of a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience, aligned with our brand's service standards. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, actively engaging with them during store visits and events. Guide and support the team in clienteling practices. Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism, discretion, and a customer‑first mindset. Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, security protocols, and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the allocation team to ensure timely stock replenishment. Monitor inventory flow and recommend actions to optimize stock levels. Organize and manage stock counts to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain store presentation and facilities to reflect the brand's image and luxury positioning. Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail, preferably in jewellery. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance. Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Deep passion for the jewellery industry, with solid product knowledge and awareness of market trends. Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.
