The ideal candidate will bring expertise to our portfolio of work for clients around the world, including Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, North America, South America, and Australia. Job Overview Director – Fund Raising Location: Hong KongFunction: Fund RaisingEmployment type: Full‑timeSeniority level: Director Responsibilities Lead the management of P/L for the division and achieve superior financial performance. Direct and support back‑office, technology, and marketing enablement teams, including CRM/Salesforce management and data analytics. Build and maintain strong client relationships through deal origination, qualification, and prospecting. Act as an ambassadorial role to assist in building networks and profile. Collaborate with sales teams to originate new clients and support partners, driving sustainable value. Contribute to the development of a homogeneous culture and esprit de corps within Adan. Qualifications Motivated to succeed with an entrepreneurial spirit. Outstanding track record with excellent analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills. Sound commercial judgement of management teams and strategies. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment. Experience managing P/L and achieving financial performance metrics. Strong client relationship management skills and experience in cross‑sell and networking.
