Senior MPF Business Manager – Team Head – MPF Department Work as the team head of MPF Marketing team to lead and monitor the operation flow. As a team leader to plan, coordinate and organize MPF marketing activities. Responsible to lead a team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives. Develop and formula strategic plans. Provide after‑sales services to privileged customers and cross‑sell the insurance & other banking products. Requirements University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing; or related discipline Over Ten years’ experience in sales or marketing Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills A team player with good communication skills Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as MPF Marketing Manager This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme which is implemented by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
