We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our custody team, under our Operations Department. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operational activities like corporate action, dividend, proxy event and default bonds processing Perform control tasks to secure the reliability of day-to-day output Prepare operational documents like procedures, guidelines, manual, etc Work closely with supervisors, peers, custodians and business lines for process and infrastructure improvements like business flow design, system testing, etc Continuously review the process flow and make or suggest improvements to strengthen the system in managing the process and the operational risk Assist team lead to monitor complicated control exceptions, investigate and coordinate to resolve Work with team lead to participate in operations development or change initiatives; and identify opportunity of process improvement, analyze, propose and implement improvement measures Participate in ad hoc business and system development projects from time to time Requirements Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience High capability to adapt to changing working requirements Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and logical and systematic thinking Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin For more details about career opportunities in KGI, please visit our website Please send application with resume and expected salary quoting the job reference to the HR Department, 41/F, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
