Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (Electronic products) RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for sales order processing and order management for assigned accounts Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system Prepare quotations and invoices in the management system Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure requirements are achieved Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Higher Diploma or above in any discipline Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales admin or related fields, experience in electronics industry is preferred Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Immediate available is preferred HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates please send your full resume (MS Word document), including employment history, present and expected salary to .
