About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our expanding Hong Kong sales team, leveraging your market knowledge, development expertise, and skills to drive customer success. In this role, you will accelerate sales growth, identify and develop new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and agents. Your duties include promoting our comprehensive range of services, building and maintaining your client portfolio, and achieving revenue, volume, and trade targets. Additionally, you will provide valuable market insights to support business development planning and participate in sales and marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence. Qualifications and Skills Higher Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry. Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Demonstrated creativity and integrity in challenging sales situations. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new opportunities. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives.
