Head of Training & Development - HK & China 90K - 100K x 12 months + Bonus (1 month) A Hong Kong headquartered conglomerate is seeking a high caliber individual to join them as the Head of Training & Development - HK & China. About the Role Develop and execute the overall training and development strategy aligned with organizational goals Lead a team of training professionals to design, develop and deliver high-quality training programs Collaborate with senior management to assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the organization Establish learning objectives, curriculum and content for various training initiatives Implement learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and tracking Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and assessments Manage the training budget and resources effectively to meet training objectives Ensure compliance with training standards, regulations, and company policies The Successful Applicant Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of training & development gained from sizeable organizations Proven track record of success in the overall management and development of training programs and initiatives Strong stakeholder and project management skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools will be an advantage Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (incl.
