Program Worker Ref: PGW_DHCE-ST_DEC25 Overview The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (HKSR) is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. HKSR is a non-governmental organisation receiving subvention from government and funds from private donors and other sources. DHC Express aims to provide primary healthcare services including health promotion, assessment and patient empowerment program to enhance the public awareness on disease prevention and the capacity in the self-management of health through the public‑private partnership. Key Responsibilities Support the healthcare professionals/social workers/Marketing Manager to deliver the health promotion and education programmes and to prepare programme materials Assist the respective team to triage assessment and health activities Assist in organising different health promotion and education activities Prepare activity materials and logistics Responsible for the centre daily service and administrative work of the programmes Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors Requirements Associate degree or above in Social Science/ Marketing/ Communication or related studies 1 year experience in working for community education projects and persons with chronic illness will be an advantage Inter‑personal skills, communication skills, skill in the use of IT technology Competency in stakeholder engagement Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
