Requirements Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines; 8 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level; Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is required; Member of CIH / HKIH or other recognized professional bodies is preferred; Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Immediately available is highly preferred.
