Requirements Higher Diploma in Hospitality or a related discipline. Possess Valid First Aid Certificate. 1–2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Flexible, outgoing, and passionate about service excellence. Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
