Organization: Mercor Position: Bilingual Traditional Chinese Medical Expert Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $100–$160/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training. Write fluently in both Traditional Chinese and English, ensuring accurate medical terminology and nuanced expression across languages. Provide domain and cultural insights specific to Taiwan’s healthcare system, ensuring linguistic and contextual precision. Collaborate with peers and reviewers to refine content, validate accuracy, and align outputs with professional medical standards. Contribute expert input to AI training through real-world clinical reasoning and healthcare knowledge. Requirements Native-level fluency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) with strong English proficiency. Advanced degree (MD or PhD in a healthcare-related field). Strong professional experience in medical practice, research, or related healthcare domains. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with assessment or rubric development is a plus. Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning concepts is beneficial but not required.
