We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our dynamic team as Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Human Resources . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad HR generalist scope , learns fast, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in driving recruitment excellence, supporting C&B , employee lifecycle management , and enhancing HR systems and processes to strengthen compliance and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes with strong stakeholder management Manage visa administration, expatriate onboarding, and related compliance activities Administer group medical insurance, MPF schemes, and support annual audits Support HRIS, payroll coordination and ensure accurate payroll data and tax reporting Maintain and support the performance review cycle and related data accuracy Provide coaching and support to HR team members on daily operations Participate in global HR calls and follow through action plans Drive ad-hoc HR project and build strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth HR operations Requirements Degree holder in any disciplines 3+ years’ HR experience in recruitment, C&B or HRIS improvement preferred Knowledge of grading / job evaluation is a great advantage Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, formulas, VLOOKUP) and advanced MS Office proficiency Excellent Cantonese and English communication High attention to detail and able to deliver quality work at speed Self-driven, positive mindset with passion for improvement and problem-solving #J-18808-Ljbffr
