About the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) The ECF, developed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in collaboration with PWMA, sets out competency standards for practitioners in the Private Wealth Management industry. It defines the required work experience, training, and examination benchmarks for certification under the Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) and Certified Private Wealth Professional Associate (CPWPA) programmes. Certified practitioners must also renew their certification annually and meet continuing professional development requirements. Role Overview We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting initiatives related to the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF), the Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) programme, and the Certified Private Wealth Professional Associate (CPWPA) programme. This position requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role involves frequent interaction with front-line finance professionals and HR managers, as well as participation in broader PWMA activities, including events and training sessions. Key Responsibilities Review and process online applications under the ECF Organize and assist with committee meetings on ECF topics, including assessment of applications Assist applicants with understanding and completing application requirements Maintain and update accurate information in the database system Review, reconcile, and validate data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks, including advanced functions and pivot tables Support enhancements to the online application system and database management Assist Manager with projects and other tasks as required Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders Provide logistical and administrative support for PWMA training sessions, events, and networking activities as required Competence Requirements University degree or above 3-5 years of working experience in financial services industry with experience working in client-facing department preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English and Cantonese. Good Putonghua is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced functions and manage complex datasets Experience with database management and online platforms is an advantage Highly organized, detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team spirit Interested candidates should submit a detailed Resume, including expected salary.
