Responsibilities Craft relevant and engaging content, including websites and applications, social media content (mainly Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn; WeChat, TikTok, XHS would be a bonus), as well as scripts and promotional material (ATL and BTL). Research the target audience and develop digital strategies and content that increase resonance and drive brand awareness. Participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development, thereby contributing to campaign ideas, themes, taglines, and strategies. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. Work closely with the Design team, UX team, and SEO team to develop engaging products that improve the overall customer journey and ensure the social media content aligns with the overall content strategy. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new approaches and tactics. Monitor and report on social media metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in social media management required. Agency background highly preferred. Candidates with in-team (i.e., content team) management experience or who aspire to take on a management role will have an advantage. Able to develop and implement social media strategies that align with a brand’s overall goals and messaging. Good experience in maintaining positive client relationships & regularly interacting with clients. Strong writing and editing skills are essential; comfortable with creating engaging bilingual copy (Traditional Chinese and English). Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Have a good understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WeChat, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn, and how to create engaging content on each of them. Familiar with social media analytics tools and platforms, and be able to analyze data to optimize social media content and strategies. Good presentation skills; able to give presentable presentations to clients and internal stakeholders fluently in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing, and a strong understanding of digital media, digital channels and metrics best practices will be a plus.
