Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End Video & Motion Creation: Lead the creation of high‑impact motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and corporate events. Own the Creative Process: Take ownership of projects from storyboarding and conceptualization through to animation, editing, sound design, and final delivery. Master of Tools: Expertly use industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, Blender) to create compelling 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and dynamic graphics. Brand Guardian: Ensure all motion and multimedia content adheres to and actively elevates our brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborative Iteration: Work closely with marketing, product, and branding teams to understand project goals, effectively incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final products that exceed expectations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and multimedia production, preferably within an agency or a tech/fintech environment. (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply) An exceptional portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion graphics, 3D animation, and video editing, with a strong sense of storytelling and design aesthetics. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Blender. Working knowledge of Figma and experience creating animations with Lottie are essential. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
