What You’ll Do Plan, direct and control financial operations across the APAC region, covering accounting, AR/AP and payroll. Oversee audits of financial statements and implement policies to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and accounting standards (US GAAP and local GAAP). Lead period closing activities, preparing financial reporting packages with fluctuation analysis and payroll processing. Manage an internal team and outsourced financial services provider across APAC. Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements for licensed/regulated operations in APAC regions. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and drive execution through collaboration with stakeholders. Who You Are Qualified professional accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a finance leader. Deep proficiency in accounting, financial statements and finance processes. Excellent multitasking, organization and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communicator able to build collaborative partnerships across APAC and globally. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in Cantonese and Mandarin; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Knowledge of US GAAP (in addition to local GAAPs across APAC) is a significant advantage. Experience in a multinational, fast‑growing tech organization is an advantage.
