Details Employment type: Full‑time – 35 hours per week Duration: Two‑year, Tenure‑Track Remuneration: Level B from A$127,947 and Level C from A$155,403 (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading) Location: Kensington, NSW, Australia (Hybrid Flexible Working) Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance may be offered to the preferred candidates. Responsibilities Lecturer (Level B) Deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences at postgraduate level. Design and develop innovative learning activities and assessments. Support student success through consultation and mentoring. Contribute to course administration and quality assurance. Maintain professional development in pedagogy and disciplinary knowledge. Senior Lecturer (Level C) Lead curriculum development and educational innovation. Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of teaching excellence. Build industry links and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives. About You PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., AI and business analytics, finance, economics, marketing, strategy, sustainability or other business disciplines). Demonstrated excellence in post‑experience teaching and curriculum design. Evidence of educational innovation and student engagement. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organisational skills.
