The company serves clients worldwide and is known for innovation and quality.Location: Lai Chi KokNature: Permanent Job Description Develop and execute IT strategies to align with business objectives and ensure the optimal performance and security of all IT systems Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse IT team, promoting collaboration and ongoing improvement Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high reliability and efficiency in hardware and software systems Implement and maintain robust network security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance Manage and enhance ERP systems to improve business processes and operational efficiency Drive digitalization initiatives to advance group performance and efficiency Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service delivery Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets business requirements Partner with senior management and stakeholders to address IT needs and provide solutions that deliver business value Job Requirements Minimum 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in software, hardware, infrastructure, network security, and ERP systems Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams in fast-paced environments Demonstrated experience in leading digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency Deep understanding of current IT technologies and trends, especially in security and infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Immediate availability is preferred Willingness to work in both Dongguan and Hong Kong #J-18808-Ljbffr
