VP of HR & Admin. (5 days / Manufacturing / station in Shenzhen) At least 15 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry Master / Degree in HR Management, Administrative Management related disciplines Familiar with HK & China Labour Law, Rules and Regulations Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and ERP / SAP system Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Occasional travel to China / overseas is required Station in China (Free Company Car / Hostel / Meals are provided) Responsibilities Report to the President Monitor the daily operations of the HR & Admin. with 30 staff in HK and China Handle all-rounded HR management (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc.) and administrative management Formulation and implementation of strategic HR & Admin. plans in order to achieve all organizational goals Optimize the organizational structure and rationally allocate HR according to the company's business development needs Develop and implement talent recruitment, training, motivation and retention strategies to build a high-quality and diversified talent team Establish and improve the performance management system, promote the effective implementation of performance management and improve organizational performance Ensure all HR & Admin. Policies and Procedures, Systems and Processes are comply with local laws and regulations Cultivate and develop team members, enhancing the professional capabilities and comprehensive qualities of the team Handle ad-hoc projects An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.
