IT PMO

My client, a leading investment bank is seeking a skilled IT PMO with 5+ years experience in overseeing infrastructure change projectsto join them in the Hong Kong office. You'll join a team working closely with project managerstodrive key transformation projects across the region. You'll be involved in projects covering network infrastructure builds, data center migrations and application buildouts. Responsibilities: Partner with regional project managers to provide governance and assist with planning and execution Provide oversight to ensure milestones, timelines, action items, risk, backlogs, outcomes in post project review are tracked and updated accordingly Review and manage finance tracking, keeping update true cost vs budgets Take the initiative in collaborating with project managers to advise on frameworks and make recommendations on where and how things can improve. Prepare ahead for governance, reviewed and post implementation improvements Requirements: Degree in IT, business management or any other related studies 5+years' experience in PMO work Ideally experience as an IT Project Management Experienced in the infrastructure domain, ideally buildouts, data center migration, office setups Ideally worked before in IT Infra, network or voice space Proactive mindset - willingness to self-start and roll-up your sleeves Excellent communications skill, especially in stakeholder management Fluency in English.
