Job Description Listen to clients' life stories, including family, career, and dreams, to design tailored financial plans. Guide clients with a vision, helping them plan their ideal life 10 years in the future, making financial planning a tool for self-realization. Provide in-depth service and build long-term trust-based partnerships with clients, aiming for relationships spanning 5 to 10 years or more. Serve 5-8 core clients per month, focusing on quality rather than quantity of service. Utilize human-centered financial analysis tools to transform complex data into easy-to-understand life cycle charts for clients. Participate in quarterly "psychological counseling communication training" to leverage natural empathy in guiding clients through financial blind spots. Choose to specialize in areas such as helping young generations achieve financial independence, restructuring family finances, or promoting ESG investments. Offer pro-bono consultation days to provide free financial guidance to underprivileged families. Develop and implement unique solutions for each client case, moving beyond mechanical processes. Job Requirements Possess a strong belief that financial planning is about helping others live their ideal lives. Comfortable with building deep connections rather than superficial transactions. Focused on long-term relationships over short-term gains. Proficient in using systematic professional tools to support idealistic approaches. Demonstrate the ability to gain insight into clients' unspoken concerns from fragmented information. Willing to prioritize client suitability over commission, even if it means earning less. Believe that true financial freedom empowers individuals to pursue their passions. Possess emotional stability and genuineness. Exhibit team spirit by encouraging and supporting colleagues. Open to writing quarterly personal observation reports on economic trends for clients. Capable of translating complex financial formulas into understandable and relatable stories for clients. Value client empowerment and the pursuit of dreams as the ultimate measure of success. A minimum educational requirement of F.5 with passes in five subjects (including Chinese, English, and Mathematics) is required to be eligible for licensing exams.
