Our client is a leading global investment bank that is looking to hire an experienced C# Developer to join the post‑trade technology team. You will play a vital role in enhancing their post‑trade systems and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their trading processes. As a Post‑Trade C# Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications that support the post‑trade lifecycle for various financial products. Your expertise in C#/.NET Core will contribute to their goal of delivering high‑quality solutions. Role Design, develop, and maintain post‑trade applications using C# to support trading activities across multiple asset classes. Collaborate with development teams, traders, and business stakeholders to integrate post‑trade systems with front and middle‑office applications. Analyze and optimize current applications for performance, scalability, and reliability to meet the demands of high‑volume trading environments. Participate in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to functional and non‑functional requirements. Provide ongoing support for post‑trade systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including operations, compliance, and risk management, to ensure alignment on post‑trade processes and requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience in a financial services or investment banking environment. Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core. Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with SQL. Familiarity with post‑trade processes and financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
