Our client is a well-known MNC hotel group worldwide, and they are now looking for a B2B Marketing Event Executive on a project-based basis to join their team. Main Responsibilities Report to Senior Directors, play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives across APEC and Greater China Support the Managers in the development and execution of B2B digital and content initiatives Oversee the B2B marketing inbox, ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses to enquiries from hoteliers, partners, and customers Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of high-profile events and campaigns, maintaining excellence in service, communication, and operational precision Manage event calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and plan business travel Organize and send meeting invitations, ensuring alignment with stakeholder availability and event timelines Contribute to the development and execution of B2B events and key regional activations Track multiple budget sources related to events and campaigns and compile and submit expense reports for timely review and reconciliation Translate materials between English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese as needed Assist in crafting strategic communications and liaise across departments to ensure message consistency Display creativity and innovation to identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and programs that will enhance team productivity and/or business results Craft compelling emailers, event invitations, program overviews, and post-event recaps that align with brand tone and campaign objectives Perform special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality or equivalent Minimum 2 years' full-time working experience in Event Management / Marketing Services / Business Operations / Project Management, or equivalent Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin / Traditional & Simplified Chinese and English is mandatory Proficiency in Salesforce products (CRM, Pardot, etc.) & Cvent would be ideal Proficient in MS Office, Cvent, expense and travel management systems Demonstrated project management skills are essential Approach opportunities with a positive, open mind Attention to detail and well‑organizational skills are essential, including ensuring accuracy in campaigns, reviewing materials and managing administrative tasks Immediate available is an advantage Interested parties please apply with a CV with your current and expected salary.
