Global New Energy firm - Administration Assistant Join to apply for the Global New Energy firm - Administration Assistant role at ACCA Careers . Location Central & Western District, Hong Kong SAR Our client is a leading global new energy firm and they are looking for an admin assistant. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate personnel. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking venues and managing supplies. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
